Named for U.S. Cavalry Lt. Paul A. Noel, the massive field is the post’s main parade ground and site of varies military ceremonies such as changes of command and activations.

The field is also host to several community events such as Armed Forces Day in late May and fundraisers including Race for the Cure and the annual bike race, Tour de Tolerance for the El Paso Holocaust Museum.
