A Walk Around Fort Bliss

Across from Noel Field is Old Fort Bliss. The adobe buildings were gifted to the post in 1948 by the City of El Paso during the Centennial Celebration of Fort Bliss.

Old Fort Bliss serves as a museum illustrating life on the post in 1857 and is home to the Children’s Bi-cultural Living History Program.
